How to File a Grievance

Submit Your Grievance

Email the Grievance Officer at sukanya@trike-mobility.com with the subject line "Data / Privacy Grievance". Include your registered phone number, a clear description of your concern, and any relevant booking IDs or dates.

Acknowledgement

We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 48 hours (2 business days) of receiving your email.

Resolution

We will investigate your grievance and provide a resolution within 30 days of acknowledgement, as required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the Data Protection Board of India.

Right to Access

Request a summary of the personal data we hold about you.

How: Profile → Data & Privacy → Download My Data

Right to Correction

Request correction of inaccurate personal data.

How: Edit your profile in the app, or email the Grievance Officer.

Right to Erasure

Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).

How: Profile → Data & Privacy → Delete My Account, or email the Grievance Officer.

Right to Withdraw Consent

Withdraw your consent to data processing at any time.

How: Deleting your account withdraws all consent. Email the Grievance Officer for partial withdrawal.

Right to Nomination

Nominate another individual to exercise your rights on your behalf (e.g., in the event of incapacity).

How: Email the Grievance Officer with the nominee's full name and contact details.

Escalation to Data Protection Board

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer within 30 days, you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India — the statutory authority established under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
